Description of changes:

  • Updated the CI Badge to be a GitHub badge since we removed the Travis CI build in Improving CI for running tests #322
  • Improve visibility of AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry (ADOT) Python - The preferred method of instrumentation over the current X-Ray SDKs
