Description

Updates the types to match the new TanStack Start version server handler.
Migrate integration tests to use new TanStack Start versions.
Remove the use of getEvent() - Previously used to get env vars injected by Nitro in event.context.cloudflare for CF-based deployments. They are now working on using the official Cloudflare Vite plugin instead.
- This getEvent() is also causing an error Start: SSR context loss due to dependency externalization TanStack/router#4409
