Remove lapsed Logging/Metrics approvers/reviewers

What is the motivation for the removal of these approvers? Usually approvers get removed when they are being picked up by the inactivity bot.

Parting with an employer is not a reason to remove someone from a community role.

In some areas, we have multiple people listed as approvers, yet none are currently active. Being in that state for a year is quite a long time, in my view. That’s why proactive community-health checks and updates make sense to me. We notify everyone listed, give them a chance to opt out. From security perspective, it’s also a good.

Of course, changing employers shouldn’t automatically remove someone. We have several FI WG approvers who moved on professionally but continue to volunteer their time and I truly admire their commitment and support.
