same issue and fix as #33 - remove the lines from debian/dkms-versions

The commands I ran to generate this, which seemed to correspond with the failed auto-merge run:

git checkout -b merge origin/develop
git reset --hard origin/upstreams/develop
git cherry-pick a775e25d26bce491747d82de492f08b126656e47^..e79fd792371c223d0014d7d1ce2216b224df2e6e
git push origin HEAD:projects/merge-upstream

How should this be tested?

ab-pre-push runs automatically, as a PR check, and that passed, so we're good.

[ Upstream commit 86a41ea ]

When l2tp tunnels use a socket provided by userspace, we can hit
lockdep splats like the below when data is transmitted through another
(unrelated) userspace socket which then gets routed over l2tp.

This issue was previously discussed here:
https://lore.kernel.org/netdev/[email protected]/

The solution is to have lockdep treat socket locks of l2tp tunnel
sockets separately than those of standard INET sockets. To do so, use
a different lockdep subclass where lock nesting is possible.
