Pull Request Overview

This PR adds instrumentation to capture logs during HTTP client handler tests for investigating issue #117015.

  • Introduces usage of TestEventListener in two test methods to capture networking event logs.
  • Adds an additional using directive for TestUtilities to support the new instrumentation.
