firebase smoke tests are getting canceled before passing at an infra level and can't be restarted #147335

Should we mark all the firebase tests bringup:true for now? According to that dashboard it's been broken for over 12 hours. |
FWIW, I force landed a trivial PR to retrigger the post-commit CI to see if that helps at all, since I couldn't trigger reruns directly. |

LUCI and Firebase as far as I can tell.
What is happening?
The flutter/flutter tree is closed and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it:

I've tried restarting the tests from the dashboard (I can't, I get a 500 error from cocoon claiming I'm not signed in even though I am). I've tried poking at them from Luci (I can't, I don't have an account there). The logs don't seem to say anything useful either.
