All the functionality present in the extension with the exception of syntax highlighting is available only for FreeForm fortran.
We should remove FORTRAN_FREE_FORM_ID and use a selector that includes fixed form as well.
This is also a great opportunity to rename the weirdly named fortran_fixed-form
