The main goal of this PR is switching Sentry subsystem's base class to
UEngineSubsystem. It should enable capturing crashes in the editor in order to monitor its tools' performance and not only PIE sessions.Also, the plugin settings menu was updated to adopt the new plugin initialization flow and improve overall configuration experience by grouping basic options into categories.
