첫 날 27개가 생겼다는 것 같으니 저자가 착각한 것 같습니다. 주석을 달아주면 27개로 번역해도, 29개로 번역해도 좋지 않을까요?

개인적으론 행사 오거나이저도 행사 주최자라고 하면 적당한 것 같은데, 이 경우엔 어떠신지요?

일단 앞 단어가 "커뮤니티"인 이상 뒷말이 우리말로 오는 형태가 자연스럽기는 어려울 것 같습니다.
조직원...은 단순 구성원이라는 뜻으로 보이는데다가 어감이 좋지 않은 것 같고요(구글에서 "조직원" 검색해보시면 용례가 나옵니다),
주최자는 지금처럼 구체적인 모임이나 행사가 없는 상태에서 사용하기에는 적합하지 않은 것 같습니다.
