Proposed Changes

  • Supports creating tdfs with hex encoded hashes and without the schema version in the manifest
  • tested manually with otdfctl against sdk v0.3.26

Adds WithTargetMode option
if provided target < 4.3.0 then create tdf with hex encoded hashed and without schema version in the manifest

for mode "", default to without hex, if mode provided is invalid semver throw error
