Enhancement: [JLINK/STLINK issues] Update MBED 6.6.0 package

Hello,

I don't know if I am in the right place, but would it be possible to update the current MBED OS 6.6.0 framework package to the latest merge of MBED OS official repository ?

An important pull request has just been merged, it will resolve all user issues about using STLINK or JLINK probes to upload/debug on STM32 boards using MBED 6.6.0.

Hi @Copper-Bot ! Many thanks for pointing this out. I've applied the diff from that PR and updated the mbed package.
