Use pytest_load_initial_conftest

• start collection from pytest_load_initial_conftests hook
• dist master should start collecting, too
• create test case using conftest
• better solution for mocking up an option object (?)

@schlamar Cool, I keep an eye on it! When we added a conftest our coverage dropped and that made us sad :P
