This should be very useful if you want to use twisted code before any fixtures have run (i.e. in some pytest hooks)

@Ignalion Thanks for your pr, I have merged the similar stuff to the master-branch: a97fb80.
Also, in the near future, I plan to release the new version with this functionality.
