Adding the module seems okay, but what use case requires the extra fonts? |

Well the default font is 8x16 which it's a bit "huge" for ie: 1.44" displays. I tested the driver with this one: http://www.ebay.es/itm/310876068105, but I guess 2.2" and 2.4" displays will benefit from the smaller fonts also. And plenty of examples of fb_tft drivers around internet mention this parameter http://www.mjmwired.net/kernel/Documentation/fb/fbcon.txt#72 which make use of those fonts.
