How to find the Custom Field ID

  1. Click the gear icon in the bottom left when logged in as an agent
  2. Under the "Manage" heading, click "Ticket Fields"
  3. Find the field (or create one) to store the Redmine ID
  4. Click "Edit" out to the right of it
  5. Look up in the header and it should give you the Custom Field ID
