Closes #2176. These optional parameters control the default sizes of line and rectangle elements and are set to base_size / 22 by default. As requested here I've added new tests at base_size = 33.

You can merge once you've tweaked the default argument values.

Here it is ok to do base_line_size = base_size / 22
