Great to know, thanks @romulocintra. I've seen #54 and it looked to me like it was about a concrete RFC process for new proposals. One step of the process will be the decision made by the WG about whether the RFC should be included in the standard. I filed this issue to figure out how the WG makes those decisions. |
I started a draft document - WG guidelines. My goal is to have this written down, for the next meeting in a Pull request format for each topic exposed in the document.
Probably with some of your ideas, you can help me with that, please feel free to edit, feedback ... |

The first decision of the WG should be to decide how the following decisions will be made.
There are a number of models the WG could follow, including voting ones and consensus-driven ones. Are there established processes in Unicode at large or the CLDR TC?
