Enhance: Add port field in Node Registry model

Description

Currently, there is no port field in node registry data.
This port needed when P2P want to connect to the peers that registered in the node registry.
This enhances just add a port field in model layer

Breakdown

• When using Prioritystrategy to explore peers in P2P, is need building scrumble nodes of node registry and try to connect them.

There is a port field in Node Registry data
