This PR is opened against the content-improvements branch to introduce the first batch of changes to the Getting Started page. See these meeting notes for context and background.

Modifications:

  • Implement layout & empty destination pages for the Use Cases section.
  • Implement layout & empty destination pages for the Go Further section.
  • Note: The content as of this PR is hard-coded. That will change once we merge the yaml data files.
