This is a follow on from #208 submitted separately to avoid a noisy diff on that pull request. It should be merged after that PR. This PR is only one commit ahead of #208 (5437184).
Modifications:
The
_use-cases.htmland_go-further.htmlfiles are both Markdown files and should have that extension. This PR renames them.
